Bike Fit:
Recommend adjustments for saddle, handlebar, seat and cleats. Retrofit bike for improved comfort and performance.
Equipment Recommendations:
Evaluate need for and advise purchase of new equipment.
Bicycle Posture:
Develop efficient, comfortable position to allow for powerful, smooth pedaling.
Musculature Skeletal Evaluation:
Basic evaluation
of muscle strength and flexibility as related to pedaling and posture
on bike. You will be assessed for specific muscle imbalances and
structural issues.
Technique and Training:
Learn techniques
to use correct muscles for proper pedaling mechanics, individualized
exercises and stretches for areas needing improvement identified during
evaluation.
